Shipping

Processing

We do our best to process your online order within 24 hours of receiving it. All orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

All orders received after midday will be processed the following day, if received after midday on Friday, your order will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

All orders are processed and shipped from Iceland.

Orders that do not get delivered for any reason and returned to us at ICEWEAR will automatically be refunded. In this case, we kindly ask that customers place a new order. It is the customer's responsibility to track the order once it has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided.

 

Shipping Options

We offer two options for the delivery of your orders:

  • Standard shipping via Iceland Post with tracking (14 – 30 business days)
  • DHL Express with tracking (3-5 business days)

 

Standard Shipping

Cost of standard shipping - €7 / £5 / $8

If you choose to have your items sent via standard shipping, delivery times for products can take up to 14-30 business days.

Customs and Duty Fees

We at ICEWEAR do not expect our customers to pay customs and duty fees, however sometimes orders do get stopped by customs.

If you are required to pay taxes, please send us an e-mail with your order number and name as it appears on the order, as well as a copy of the tax/customs receipt to support@icewear.is and we will refund you the amount to the payment method used to place your order with.

Express Shipping

Cost of express shipping - €18 / £14 / $20

If your order is over €200, $230, £150, your express shipping will be FREE

Delivery usually takes between 3 and 5 business days.

Changing your Order

Any cacellations or changes to your order need to be made within a certain time limit. For express orders, the request to change the order’s information needs to be made within 30 mins of placing the order. For orders using standard shipping, the changes need to be made within 1 hour of placing the order. We cannot change the order after these time limits.
