If you receive your Icewear product and are not satisfied with your purchase or it doesn’t fit, you are welcome to return the item(s) at your own cost. Goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them, i.e. with hang-tags, un-worn, clean and un-washed. We accept online returns that are shipped within 30 days of receiving them.
You can create your return label here at www.icewear.is/returns, please note that a service fee of $35/€35/£30 will be charged. Alternatively you can send the item(s) back yourself. Please print and include this PDF with the return package. Fill out the name of the customer as it appears on the order, order number and any additional information so we can easily assist you with the return process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). When you receive a refund for the original order, the returned item(s) will be refunded but shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable insured service. Icewear cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
All items are inspected on return. If the item is in its original condition, we will refund the garment(s) to the original form of payment within 5 business days. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will contact you and may have to send it back. If you’d like a refund for your goods, but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
Icewear does not exchange products, due to low stock and high order volume. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. Products bought in store can be exchanged for another item or for store credit.
Icewear cannot guarantee any changes after placing you made your purchase due to high order volume. Please contact us at support[at]icewear.is as soon as possible and display "Change order #123456" in the subject line.
Faulty or damaged goods
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at support[at]icewear.is and we will solve the issue.
Return to an Icewear store
Products bought from Icewear stores, that are in their original condition can be returned within 30 days from purchase, for another product or store credit - In store purchase returns can not be refunded.
Products purchased in the online store can be returned in all Icewear stores. In-store staff will assist in completing an on-site exchange or can assist with the above mentioned return form.
