We do our best to process your online order within 24 hours of receiving it. All orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (excludes weekends and major holidays). Shipping and process fees include our service, processing, packaging and delivery costs. All ICEWEAR products are shipped from Iceland.
ICEWEAR offers two options for the delivery of your orders:
- Ground shipping no tracking via Iceland Post
- Air Express via DHL

Ground shipping via Iceland Post
If you choose to have your items sent via Iceland Post ground shipping Delivery times for products sent via Iceland Post ground shipping can take up to 14-30 business days. YOU SHOULD NOT EXPECT ANY DUTIES OR TAXES. If you are required to pay duty, please send us an e-mail with Order Number and Name as well as a copy of the Tax/Custom reciept to email@example.com and we will Refund you the same amount via the credit card or PayPal used to place your order with.

Air Express via DHLCost Of Air Express via DHL - €18 - £14 - $20
Delivery usually takes between 3 and 5 business days. YOU SHOULD NOT EXPECT TO PAY ANY DUTIES OR TAXES. If you are required to pay duty, please send us an e-mail withthe Order Number and Name as well as a copy of the Tax/Custom Reciept to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will Refund you the same amount via the credit card or PayPal used to place your order with. All orders sent via air express do have a tracking number.
If your order is over €200, $230, £150 your Air Express Shipping will be FREE

Changed your mind?
To change your order before we ship it you have to send us a message.
Express: Within 30 minutes of order
Ground: Within 1 hour of order
If you receive your ICEWEAR product and discover you chose the wrong size or it’s not what you expected, we are happy for you to return it to us at your own cost. We will accept the return of goods within 30 days of you receiving them. Goods must be returned to us in the same condition you received them i.e with Hang tags, un-worn, clean and un-washed. We can then either replace it with a new ICEWEAR product of your choice or we’ll refund your credit card or PayPal account.
Icewear is not responsible for paying Taxes and Duties on Shipments of Exchanged items.
When you return an item, please ensure it includes a note from you with the date you returned it, our original order number, the nature of your request and your contact details (email and telephone).

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team by telephone on ( 354) 555 7417 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org They will work with you to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
