If you receive your ICEWEAR product and discover you chose the wrong size or it’s not what you expected, we are happy for you to return it to us at your own cost.
We advise you to use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
We will accept the return of goods within 28 days of you receiving them. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
Goods must be returned to us in the same condition you received them, i.e. with hang tags, un-worn, clean and un-washed.
All goods are inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will contact you and may have to send it back to you.
If you’d like a refund for your goods, but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
